Biography
Xitong Liu is a PhD student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Delaware since 2009 fall. He is currently working under the guidance of Dr. Fang in InfoLab. Before he came here, he got the Bachelor degree of Engineering from Department of Electronics and Information Engineering at Huazhong University of Science of Technology.
